Quality First Escrow, Inc. is an owner-operated, independent Escrow Agent, founded in January 1996, and licensed by the State of Washington under the authority of the Department of Financial Institutions.

Stan J. Pilon — the owner/operator of Quality First Escrow, Inc. — is also our Designated Escrow Officer. Since 1980, Stan has acquired knowledge and experience while working for law firms, institutional lenders, mortgage brokers and independent escrow companies. He opened Quality First Escrow, Inc. in January of 1996.

Stan is qualified to close:

• Sale transactions, specializing in residential and commercial.
• Financing transactions, including FHA, VA and conventional loans; assumptions; seller-financing and real estate contracts.
• Mobile homes (with and without real property attached).

Stan is also certified as a Limited Practice Officer by the Washington State Supreme Court. A Limited Practice Officer is a non-lawyer who is authorized to select, prepare and complete certain legal documents required for the closing of real property and personal property transactions.
